I am a home-based seamstress and knitter whose services are provided solely to Montana, particularly the Missoula County area.

My sewing and knitting experience has covered at least 15 years, and I am confident that you will be satisfied with the work I provide. Your garments will be handled with care and respect, and the work done well.

If I believe a request is beyond my current expertise, I will say so and recommend you to other seamstresses in the Missoula area.

Acceptance of sewing, knitting, alterations, and custom projects is done on a case-by-case basis and depends on my current workload. I encourage you to contact me with any projects that you have in mind, and I will get back to you promptly.

Alterations & Repairs

Below are examples of services I provide. Prices vary depending on type, how long it takes, and how involved it is.

Pants & Shorts

$10-15

Hemming, altering waist, buttons

Tops, Shirts, & Blouses

$15-20

Altering sleeves, darts, etc.

Dresses & Skirts

$15-45+

Hemming, altering waist, etc.

Formal Gowns & Bridal Dresses

$65 and up

I do not do anything with zippers at this time.

Custom Sewing Projects

If you have a custom sewing project that you don't have the time or skills to get done, feel free to ask me to make it for you! Whether it be a table runner, place mats, nightgown, skirt, doll, embroidery, a cloak, or something else, send me your ideas and I will make them for you! Prices vary depending on the size of the project, materials, and time to create. Below are some examples:

Quilted Pillows

$35-45+

If you have a specific pattern and colors in mind for a pillow, whether for a sofa or bed, let me know! I have made quite a number of pillows!

Table Runners & Placemats

$30-50

Depending on the fabric, quantity, and size of the project, the price will vary. The runners and placemats that I use in my household are ones that I have sewn myself.

Aprons

$20-30

I have several patterns that I have made over the years. Personalization is charged at $10/hr.

Clothing

$45-100+

I can make a variety of garments from patterns. Examples include:

shirts
skirts
dresses
jackets

Cloaks

$75-$150+

I have made several cloaks for myself and my brother to use in costumes at a convention. If you have a specific pattern in mind, I would be willing to make it for you.

Prices vary depending on the size, material, and lining.

Rag Dolls

$45-55

Handmade rag dolls that any little girl would enjoy in their possession! I have made several for my cousins!

*The cost includes an outfit for the rag doll.

Personalization & Embroidery

$10/hr

If you want to freshen a garment with some accents or embroidery, I can offer my skills in that area whether it be some lace or a flower to make it pop!

Additionally, if you want to personalize an existing garment or item, feel free to contact me.

Custom Camper Van Curtains

$150+

If you provide the materials and access to the vehicle for measurements, I would be willing to make a custom-made camper van privacy curtain.

I am willing to do more custom projects for camper vans; however, due to the amount of personalization and work required for these, the prices will be over $100 and the charge is by the hour.

I do not provide materials for hanging.

Any Other Projects

$10/hr

Most custom projects that similar to the ones listed above will be charged by the hour.

Custom Knitting Projects

If you have a custom knitting project that you don't have the time or skills to get done, feel free to ask me to make it for you! Whether it be a hats, scarves, gloves, ponchos, baby blankets, shawls, and other ideas, send me your ideas and I will make them for you! Prices vary depending on the size of the project, materials, and time to create. Please note that these will be hand-knit. Below are some examples:

Knitted Hats

$25-35

Extra touches:

Baby Blankets

$45-80+

If you have a pattern in mind and colors, I can knit a custom baby blanket for the little one!

*Personalization can be added at no charge!

Knitted Scarves

$40-50+

If you have a pattern and specific colors in mind, let me know.

Extras:

Tassels are $3
Cables are $10

Any Other Knitting Projects

$20/hr

If you have a project in mind that is not listed here, feel free to contact me.

The charge per hour is higher than for sewing due to the fact that I am knitting by hand.

I reserve the right to refuse any work for any reason, particularly if I feel that it is beyond my skill level.
